Intro to the Stock Market & Investing Mini-Camp Summer 2022 5th-8th Gr
Join Createch Labs for a one week mini-camp geared towards rising 5th - 8th Graders.
During this one-week session, campers will develop and manage a simulated investment portfolio in order to gain an introduction to the Stock Market and basic investment principles. All classes will be held via Zoom or Google Hangouts Meet.
Campers will need : an internet accessible computer * webcam
All classes will meet daily from 2:30 - 3:30 pm and will be held via Zoom or Google Meet.

Digital Animation with Scratch Virtual Coding Mini-Camp Summer 2022
Join Createch Labs for a one week mini-camp geared towards rising 4th/5th Graders.
This one-week session will focus on digital animation using MIT’s Scratch block-based coding program. Through the creative application of sprites, backgrounds, commands and more, students will be introduced to storytelling elements and use those to bring their stories and visions to life!

All classes will meet daily from 1:30 - 2:30 pm and will be held via Zoom or Google Meet.

The DC Metro Region of Federally Employed Women (FEW) Regional Training Program is soaring to new heights and taking off in flight for 2021. The theme for this event is: Take Flight: Level Up in the Digital World.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 16, 2021, from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, virtual. The audience will be comprised of federal workers, active military, and veterans. Our goal is to educate and empower service workers to advocate, build, and train in innovative ways to grow our economy.
